Half Day Sample Workshop
As a Transpersonal Art Therapist and Reiki practitioner, I try to balance my professional learning to expand my skillset in the wellness industry so that I can effectively help a broad range of people.
- Welcome, housekeeping, introductions
- Activity 1: Scribble Drawing with Structure (get in the zone with watercolour pencils on paper)
- Activity 2: Tree of Life (life affirming personal resources with oil pastels on paper)
- Sharing: verbal or visual
- Activity 3: Binding an Intention (moving forward with visualisation on paper, twine and stone)
- Sharing: verbal or visual
- Activity 4: Imagery card reading (tapping into personal intuition for wellbeing)
